This sterling silver openwork heart charm features a pink cabochon-cut heart-shaped stone on one side, with an engraved heart on the back that shows through the stone. The other side of the charm features the word "M♥M" in silver with a pink heart-shaped stone forming the letter "o."
Each side of the charm is decorated with pavé clear cubic zirconia stones and a cut-out heart motif along the edges. A small heart in a unique 14k rose gold-plated metal blend hangs from the bottom of the charm.
