Oris begins collaboration with the social enterprise Bracenet which creates accessories made from recycled "ghost" fishing nets.
This Oris Aquis model made with a 43.5mm diameter steel case and sapphire crystal, features a dial made with maritime recycled .
To create these kaleidoscopic dials we gently heat small green, blue and white cutouts until they melt into the raw material.Once cooled, they take the shape of a thin sheet which is then cut, leveled and sanded to a thickness of just 0.3mm. There are no additives, fillers or glues. No two dials are the same .
The strap is steel. Water resistance is guaranteed at 30 BAR.
The Swiss Made automatic movement is the Oris 733 caliber based on SW 200-1.
