Shipments

Franco Cuomo gioielli offers an express shipping service (delivery within 3-5 working days) for its products. All orders placed on the website www.francocuomogioielli.it will be sent via DHL courier.

 

Shipping and delivery fees have a cost indicated at the time of purchase based on the destination country.

Shipments are made from Monday to Friday from 9.00 to 12.00, and all orders received after 12.00 are processed on the next working day. Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday (excluding holidays), from 9.00 to 18.00, and the delivery must take place in your hands, with your signature.

 

All shipments are insured and traceable. At the time of shipment, the tracking code is sent through which you can follow the progress of the shipment, 24 hours a day, on the courier's website.

 

Returns

We always hope that you are fully satisfied with the purchased product, but in some circumstances, you may wish to return it. We will endeavor to handle your returns as quickly as possible.

a. Products subject to the right of withdrawal

Our policy is to ensure your satisfaction every time you make a purchase from us. If you have changed your mind or are not satisfied with the product you have purchased, you can return the item to us within 15 days from the day you or a third party, other than the carrier and designated by you, acquired physical possession of the goods.

The cost of returning the products is the responsibility of the Customer. Franco Cuomo Gioielli will refund the cost of the product within 7 days from the date of receipt of the products by the Customer. The refund amount may vary depending on the following cases:

a) It will be complete in the case of returning the merchandise intact in the original intact packaging.

b) It will be no more than 60% of the value of the purchased item in the case of returning the product no longer packaged or sealed.

These refunds will be made using the same payment method used by the Customer for the initial transaction, unless the Customer requests a refund via a different payment method; in which case any additional costs resulting from the different payment method chosen by the Customer will be borne by the Customer.

The refund may be withheld until the goods are received or until the Customer demonstrates that the goods have been returned.

Please note that the return is entirely the responsibility of the Customer, so you can choose between Couriers or Italian Post.

Return Procedure:

  1. Send an email to info@francocuomogioielli.it with the subject "Return [order number] - Right of Withdrawal," informing us of the reason for the return.

  2. Wait for a response from our customer service and follow the instructions provided.

  3. Place the product to be returned inside the package along with all its accessories and the corresponding sales receipt or invoice (necessary for the refund), and indicate the following address on the package: Franco Cuomo Gioielli C.so Cavour, No. 120, 76123 Andria (BT).

b. Faulty Products

We always strive to ensure that the product is delivered to you in the best condition. However, if a delivered product is defective, we will arrange to repair or replace it partially (for example, replacing the bezel with rhinestones or the strap) or completely with an identical product or one with similar characteristics – upon verification of the defect – by Franco Cuomo Gioielli. We will arrange for the defective product to be collected and the repaired or replaced product to be delivered via express courier. Please note that warranty replacement is guaranteed only if the terms and conditions specified in point 8 "Warranty" of the Sales and Delivery Conditions are met, and in compliance with the regulations provided by the Consumer Code.

Return Procedure:

  1. Send an email to info@francocuomogioielli.it with the subject "Return [order number] – Defective Product";

  2. State the reason for the return;

  3. Await our communication;

  4. Pack the Product appropriately for collection by Franco Cuomo Gioielli via express courier at no cost to you.

 

c. Product Not Conforming to Order

In the event of receiving a product that does not conform to your order, please inform us promptly, within 14 working days from the receipt of the goods, of your intention to cancel the sales contract. In this case, Franco Cuomo Gioielli will cancel the order and refund the cost of the purchased product using the same payment method you used for the initial transaction within 14 days from the day we were informed of your decision to cancel the sales contract. In this case, Franco Cuomo Gioielli will arrange for the collection of the non-conforming product via express courier.

Return Procedure:

  1. Send an email to info@francocuomogioielli.it with the subject "Return [order number] – Product Not Conforming to Order";

  2. Specify the reason for the return;

  3. Await communication;

  4. Pack the Product appropriately for collection by Franco Cuomo Gioielli via express courier at no cost to you.

  5. Please note that if Franco Cuomo Gioielli has dispatched the correct item, the return shipping cost will be borne by the Customer.

 

d.Customized Products

The right of return for replacement or refund is not applicable to personalized products, i.e. subjected to engraving or embossing processes, or ordered "ad personam". However, this will not affect your rights in relation to products that are defective or do not correspond to the description.
